 Energetic Alignment 1, 2 & 3 |

| Energetic Alignment 1: In this class, students discover the relationships among proper body mechanics, grounding, centering, and energy flow for themselves and the client. Energetic Alignment 2: Students learn to apply correct alignment more consistently in their practice. They are encouraged to notice the direct correlation between ease in their body and effectiveness of their work with clients. Energetic Alignment 3: Students explore more deeply the relationships among proper body mechanics, grounding, centering, and energy flow. They learn to evaluate their own degree of energetic alignment and to return to ground and center at will. Physical ease begins to show up regularly in their body and their daily life as well as their work with clients. |
